How do I begin?

We ask new students to arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled trial class to see the facility and complete an info sheet/waiver.
What classes should I take?
If you are new to children’s Martial Arts, we encourage that you select a Beginner class from our schedule. Children with some martial arts experience will be placed in an appropriate class. All Adult Martial Arts, Kickboxing, and Yoga classes are beginner friendly and are appropriate for those with experience.
How long are classes?
All classes are 1-hour long.
How much does a single class cost?
Visiting students may pay a drop-in fee of $25 if they are not registered for a membership.

What should I to bring to my first class?
We provide all gear to take your first class. Students should wear comfortable clothing for a workout or activity. Please be sure to bring a water bottle too!
How old does a child need to be to attend classes?
Children’s Martial Arts classes start enrolling students at 3 1/2 years of age. Adult Martial Arts, Adult Kickboxing and Yoga classes are for those age 13+.
How do I book a Birthday Party?
Birthday parties are booked via email at itsroninco@gmail.com and recommend you reach out to our team about 6-weeks in advance.
What is your availability for Birthday Parties?
We book party events on Saturdays and Sundays during the afternoon hours. Our earliest time slot is 3PM due to our weekend class schedule.
Where should I park?
Our facility has parking available right outside our location with additional parking surrounding the building. Drop-off is also welcome for our older students as well. If you have specific questions please call the us directly at 973.298.0997.
Do I have to stay at the school while my child is in class?
The waiting area provide a place for families to view class safely and to allow the student the ability focus on the instruction. Family members are not required to stay in the waiting area while their student is in class.
